Feral Cat Mother and Kittens

I didn't feel that this photo had sufficient quality for my book but it was too exciting to discard... Before I could set-up for a clearer shot, they scattered. Still, it was interesting enough that I thought you should see it.

Here we have a queen feral cat with three half-grown kittens. She's probably trying to teach them to hunt at this point, although they are still interested mostly in milk.
